Features

From the first submission to a calm, organised reply. ZoraForms gives you one view of forms, conversations and the data that led to them.

Every message in one calm view

New submissions arrive in your account’s private inbox. Find the right conversation quickly, understand its status and export data when you need to continue working outside ZoraForms.

  • Statuses separate new, active and closed work.
  • Filters narrow the view by form, status or a selected period.
  • CSV and JSON exports give you a portable copy of submissions.

Reply with context, without guesswork

Open a submission to see its full content and conversation history, then reply from the dashboard once SMTP is configured. Useful campaign data stays close by without getting in the way of the message.

  • The thread connects operator replies with the specific submission.
  • Change a status without leaving the detail view.
  • A compact UTM block shows source, medium and campaign when they were sent.

Forms with clear boundaries you set

Organise websites and forms in the dashboard, set allowed domains and choose protection for each form. The integration stays straightforward with existing HTML too.

  • Each form has its own receiving address and settings.
  • Allowed domains limit where submissions can originate.
  • Choose Turnstile or reCAPTCHA for a form that needs it.

Access for Codex and Claude within the scope you choose

Create MCP tokens for tools such as Codex and Claude, then decide which operations they may use. It is a practical way to work with form data without sharing your whole account.

  • Tokens have a name and permission scope, and can be revoked.
  • Scope limits a tool to the actions you selected.
  • Connection instructions are available alongside token settings.

Tools around the form itself

Form protection

Enable Turnstile or reCAPTCHA where a form needs extra protection from automated submissions.

Webhooks and email

Send events to your own webhook. Custom SMTP sends replies; receiving email replies requires operator-configured IMAP.

Quotas and domain

Your plan sets submission limits and retention. Free includes 1 form. Accepting submissions on Free requires verifying your own domain with a DNS TXT record.
